The management of this website svitiny.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) is carried out by «Виробничі Системи Торнадо», EDRPOU code 41376459, a legal entity registered and operating in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).

The Company holds in high regard the confidential (personal) information of all individuals who visited the Website; therefore, the Company strives to protect the confidentiality of personal data (information or a set of information about an individual that is identified or can be specifically identified), thus creating and providing the most comfortable conditions for each user to use the Website.

This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) establishes the procedure for the processing of personal data by the Company, the types of personal data collected, the purposes for using such personal data, the Company's interaction with third parties, security measures for the protection of personal data, conditions for access to personal data, as well as contact information for the user regarding access, making changes, blocking or deleting their personal data, and addressing any questions that may arise regarding personal data protection practices.

Collection and Use of Personal Data

The decision to delay or refuse access to personal data can be appealed to the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Human Rights or to a court.

Rights of the Personal Data Subject

The Company informs you of your rights as a personal data subject regulated by the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, namely:

1) to know about the sources of collection, location of their personal data, the purpose of its processing, the location or place of residence (stay) of the owner or manager of personal data or to give appropriate instructions to authorized persons to receive this information, except in cases established by law;

2) to receive information about the conditions for providing access to personal data, including information about third parties to whom their personal data is transferred;

3) to access their personal data;

4) to receive a response within no more than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases established by law, regarding whether their personal data is being processed and to obtain the content of such personal data;

5) to raise a reasoned objection to the owner of personal data regarding the processing of their personal data;

6) to present a reasoned request for changing or destroying their personal data to any owner or manager of personal data if these data are processed unlawfully or are inaccurate;

7) to protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, or damage due to intentional concealment, non-provision, or untimely provision of them, as well as to protect against the provision of information that is inaccurate or slanders the honor, dignity, and business reputation of the individual;

8) to file complaints about the processing of their personal data to the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Human Rights or to a court;

9) to apply legal remedies in case of violation of legislation on personal data protection;

10) to include reservations regarding the limitation of the right to process their personal data while giving consent;

11) to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;

12) to be aware of the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;

13) to protect against automated decisions that have legal consequences for them.
